The Proof Is In The Picture

Like many women, I was never severely overweight, but I was at a point where I was not within the healthy BMI range for my height and age. I decided to make a drastic change from eating fast food and never exercising. Through working out and eating better I managed to lose 15 lbs. I hope that through vegetarianism I can further my quest to being healthier and feeling better.
