What I Ate Wednesday II



This is a little of what I've been eating this past week. Remember I've only started the high protein diet Monday, and I've been very bad at photographing it, so this will mainly be from last Wednesday to Sunday.


Vegetable soup with Grilled Cheese and Brown rice- this was from last week. 
My New Obssession- Yogurt Cereal Bowls
These are so delicious!

Now on to the few pictures I've snapped of my Jamie Eason Live Fit Plan Meals!

Forgot to take a picture of my scrambled egg whites till I was half way done

Grilled Chicken with green peas and a side of veggies
Egg whites with veggies and ezekial toast with cinnamon
