Live Fit: Phase 1 Day 16

So today I'm feeling super sluggish. I woke up and only did about half an hour of yoga, I plan on doing the other half of the video after dinner. After my leg workout yesterday my thighs and legs are SORE. :) I guess that means I worked them out well!!
