Today is day 2 of Jamie Eason's Live Fit Program. Kinda. Since the program has incorporated three days of rest days I decided to make the first one today. Since I'm in class from 9-6 (with a long break in between the last two- perfect time to do homework! :)) I figured today I could sleep in a little. I do want to do some activity so I figured a good home yoga session would be perfect!
Hopefully this is the meal plan I'll be following all day.
