What I Ate Wednesday III


SNACKS:
Peanut Butter Fudge Protein Crunch Bar- Review under Product Review Page


Balance Bar- Mint Chocolate Cookie- Review under Product Review Page
Lunches:

Grilled Chicken, Veggies, Brown rice with salsa

Grilled Chicken Strips and Sweet Potatoes


Dinners:


Turkey Meatloaf, Mashed Cauliflower, Green Beans 

Grilled Porkchops with Salt-Free Italian Seasoning, Small Red Potato
Breakfasts:

Whole Grain Toast with Grape Jelly, Banana and Eggs with spinach and peppers

Same as above but with an apple!

Because I prep large amounts of food on Sunday and its just me eating it there are lots of repeat meals. Also lots of salads and vegetables! Yummy and filling! :)
